Local Sports Schedule for Monday, May 6-
-Monday’s Local Sports Schedule starts with softball, as the Antigo Red Robins entertain Merrill in a non-conference game at Al Remington Field, beginning at 4:30. The Lady Robins are 9-5 on the season, while Merrill, from the Wisconsin Valley Conference, is 5-12.
-The Wittenberg-Birnamwood softball team will look for a season sweep of Menominee Indian when it hits the road this afternoon. The Lady Chargers enter the Central Wisconsin East Conference game with a 12-6-1 overall record, including 7-3 in conference play. Menominee Indian is 1-10. First pitch scheduled for 4:30.
-Monday baseball includes Wittenberg-Birnamwood on the road at Menominee Indian. Witt-Birn has won four straight and sits at 13-2 on the season, including a 6-2 mark in the Central Wisconsin East Conference. Menominee Indian is winless. First pitch set for 4:30.
