Wissbroecker continues strong start, wins three events at Oshkosh

The Antigo Red Robins girls track team was in Oshkosh Tuesday, competing in the Oshkosh High School Small School Invitational.

Antigo took 16th in the 42-team field with 30 team points.  Kettle Moraine Lutheran was the team champion ,finishing 3 ½ points ahead of second place Dodgeland.

The Red Robins were led by triple winner MacKenzie Wissbroecker, as the two-time defending State champ in the long jump is off to a strong start in 2024.  Wissbroecker took first in the long jump with a leap of 18 feet, 2.75 inches, while also winning the triple jump with a length of 36 feet, two inches, and the 60 meter dash, coming in 7.94 seconds.

The Antigo boys and girls track teams will head to the Lakeland Indoor Invite in Minocqua on Saturday.
