Wisconsin basketball star Ethan Happ has done what he said he would do — declaring for the 2018 NBA draft Tuesday. Happ isn’t going to hire an agent, which means he could return to Madison for his senior year. He says he will do that unless he is told he will be a first-round choice. Happ has until June 11th to decide to pull out. He said last month he’d enter his name in the draft pool to get feedback from NBA scouts on his status. If decides he will play his senior year with the Badgers, coach Greg Gard will have all five of his starters back from the team which finished with a 15-18 record.
