Father Looks To Tear Down Site Of Daughter’s Decade-Old Murder

A Tomahawk man wants to tear down a gas station where his daughtered was murdered a decade ago. Randy Anderson says he tried to take ownership of the property in a 2011 wrongful death settlement awarded on behalf of Rochelle Anderson’s daughter, but there were too many different property owners at the time to make it feasible 25 year old Rochelle Anderson was working the night shift at the old Zephyr Gas Station at 4th and Prospect on March 22nd, 2008 when an 18 year old, Derek Domke, lured her behind the store and stabbed and beat Anderson to death. Domke, the next year, was handed 45 years in prison.
