Two cheeses from an Antigo cheesemaker are in consideration to be named the 2018 Grand Champion. Sartori Cheese has a two shots at the top prize in the National Championship Cheese Contest. In the class of flavored cheeses, the contender to watch is the Sartori Reserve Espresso BellaVitano. The other finalist from Sartori in Antigo is in the class featuring hard mixed milk cheeses. It’s the Sartori Limited Edition Pastoral Blend. It’s made with cow’s and sheep’s milk,and dusted with paprika. There are only a total of 20 finalists, out of more than 34-hundred entries.
