Carcass Tags Not A Rule Any Longer For Harvested Deer

Antigo, WI, United States /

If you hunt, this year you won’t need to attach the carcass tag to your harvested deer. DNR officials say there’s still a registration process. You can go online or do so over the phone. Also, there’s a time frame involved. You need to have a harvested deer registered in one of those two ways by 5pm the day after the harvest.
