Robins fly past Lumberjacks

The Antigo Red Robin Football team rolled up over 400 yards of offense Saturday afternoon and Jericho Kelly scored 5 touchdowns as the Robins defeated Wausau East 49-8 at Thom Field.

Kelly lead the Robins with 200 yards rushing including touchdown runs of 49 and 87 yards.  Matt Winter was 2 of 4 passing for 58 yards with both completions going to Dominic Smith including a 16 yard touchdown pass, Smith also added 77 yards rushing and Winter added 62 yards on the ground.

Defensively the Robins held the Lumberjacks to just 150 yards of offense with just 7 of those coming on the ground.

With the win Antigo improves to 6-1 overall and remains 4-0 in the Great Northern Conference, East falls to 1-6.

Antigo will travel to Mosinee on Friday with the ability to wrap up at least a share of the GNC crown with a victory, game time is 7pm.
