Man Gets Additional Time For Work Release Escape

A man police say bolted from a jail work detail in 2009, faces an additional three years behind bars. 28 year old Dolph Peterson, had been charge with criminal escape. On January 7, 2009, he was given the privilege to go work on a potato farm in the area, and he never came back. He also failed to complete the probation portion of the additional time he had tacked on as a result.
