Antigo Boys and Girls Track teams compete in Shawano

The Antigo Red Robins Boys and Girls track teams competed in the 8 team Shawano Invitational on Tuesday afternoon.  The Girls brought home a 3rd place finish with 109 points while the Boys finished in 5th with 74 points.

The Robins had one first place finisher in the Girls meet with Kimi Robertson taking 1st in the 100 Meters in a time of 13.84.  2nd place finishers for Antigo were Robertson in the Pole Vault, Hannah Zenkovich in the 100 Meter and 300 Meter Hurdles and the 4×100 Meter relay team of Ashlyn Nedden, Alexis Paszek, Riley McCann and Julia Westen.  3rd place finishes for Antigo went to Morgan Hotchkiss in the 200 Meter, the 4×200 Meter relay team of Alexis Paszak, Amaya McCann, Riley McCann and Morgan Hotchkiss, the 4×400 Meter relay team of Montana Grabowski, Sam Schuessler, Bobbie Novak and Hannah Zenkovich and the 4×800 Meter Relay team of Emily Gravitter, Emma Jaje, Ellie Kelly and Evelyn Olson.

The Robin Boys had two winners, Thomas Nelson in the Pole Vault with a jump of 12’6” and the 4×100 Meter relay team of Riland Baker, Frank Kneeland, Will Dixon and Thomas Nelson with a time of 46.42.  Antigo’s 4×400 relay team earned a 2nd place finish, that team consists of Dixon, Baker, Drew Hohensee, and Dan Tischendorf.  Mitchell Schroepfer was the lone 3rd place finisher for Antigo with a throw of 46’11” in the Shot Put.
