Former Packer running back Ahman Green has been found guilty of child abuse and disorderly conduct. Green says the incident with his teenage daughter was a case of “parental discipline.” He entered an Alford plea Thursday in Brown County Circuit court. That plea means he maintains his innocence, but acknowledges there is enough evidence to find him guilty. Green admitted hitting his daughter with an open palm as they argued over her doing the dishes. The court’s decision means he has to write a letter of apology to her and can’t have any unsupervised contact with his daughter. He will be on probation for 18 months.
