The Green Bay Packers’ three backup quarterbacks will be able to show their scrambling ability on Thursday night, when the Pack hosts Philadelphia in their exhibition opener. Undrafted rookie Taysom Hill ran for 13-hundred-44 yards and ten touchdowns during his sophomore year of college at B-Y-U. Brett Hundley, who’s expected to start for the Packers Thursday, led the N-F-L in passing yards during his rookie preseason, much of it from broken plays. And third stringer Joe Callahan also showed his running ability last August. Packers’ quarterback coach Alex Van Pelt says running on broken plays is “another weapon” for his team that’s normally emphasized in the exhibitions.
