An Antigo fab lab workshop is getting $25,000 to expand its operation. The grant money was announced by Governor Walker. A fab lab, if you don’t know, is a workshop area that uses high-tech tools like 3-D printers, laser engravers, computer numerical control routers and plasma cutters. The money will let students embark further on 3-D printing and other software technologies they’ve not had in the past. More than $500,000 in grants have been announced in 21 school districts across Wisconsin.
