An appearance in Langlade County court yesterday for a man who seems to have a penchant for trouble. Kerry Mosher was already facing charges from November of battery and unlawful use of a telephone to threaten harm. In the latest incident, he allegedly fled from a traffic stop, and led police on a three mile chase that reached upwards of 110 miles an hour. He got away, police felt it was too dangerous to continue the pursuit. But, they nabbed him two days later during a traffic stop. At that time, police say, Mosher had to be forcibly removed by law enforcement and taken into custody. A pipe with marijuana residue was found in his possession. Mosher’s new counts include fleeing an officer and possession of drug paraphernalia. The judge set cash bond of $1,000.
